We want you to love your Skinnydip haul, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop your package at your nearest designated courier drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
